Shipping

Shipping on all my limited edition fine art prints is free worldwide. Your order is important to me, so I take great care in the entire process from printing and packaging to delivery.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Processing Time: We need about 48-72 hours for order verification, payment, printing, signing, and packaging.
  • Packaging: I use eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Your print will be carefully wrapped in Kraft tissue paper and then in glassine paper to keep it safe. It’s then placed in protective poly tubing and sealed in a sturdy shipping tube with extra Kraft paper to prevent any movement.
  • Shipping Time: Your package will be shipped within 7-10 business days via trusted couriers like FedEx, DHL, or UPS. All deliveries are guaranteed, so if your package is delayed or damaged, I’ll send a replacement right away.
Please remember that customs, duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility as every country has its own regulations. Prints are dispatched and delivered once payment is reflected in my bank account.

Damages and issues

I put a lot of care into my prints and want them to arrive in perfect condition. If something goes wrong:

Inspection: Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If there’s any damage or in the unlikely event that you received the wrong print, get in touch with me immediately

Refunds

If you need to return your fine art print, I’ve got you covered with my 7-day return policy. This time period starts from the date you receive delivery. Returns are not permissible thereafter.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in it’s original packaging. You’ll also need to provide me with your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return:

Email me at lyall@lyallgardiner.com. If you return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Once I receive and inspect your returned print, I’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it’s approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
